- Children 10 and under must be supervised.
- Children ages 3 and under and weak swimmers must be in arms reach.
- No outside food or drinks allowed in the park.
- No alcohol, tobacco products, or e-cigarettes allowed in the park.
- Inappropriate speech and actions are not allowed.
- Never enter the water without a lifeguard on duty.
- No animals allowed other than service animals under ADA.
- No running or rough play allowed.
- Proper swim wear is required to participate on all rides and in all pools. Swim wear must be designed to be used in a pool environment, should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swim wear and thong or t-back swim wear bottoms will not be permitted. No undergarments may be visible at any time.
- Swim wear with hard metal objects cannot be worn on the slides.
- Fins and snorkels are not allowed, except for lap swimming purposes.
- Outside floats are not allowed with the exception of baby floats.
- If diapers are worn, swim diapers and proper swim wear are required.
- People with open wounds or infectious diseases are prohibited from swimming.
- Keep stairs, exits and ramps clear unless entering or exiting the water.
- The City and or CAP employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Hours are subject to change without notice.
- Park may close due to capacity, inclement weather or special events.
- Observe all posted signs throughout the park and follow staff directives.
