The City of Canyon is kicking off a process that will guide the growth and development of Canyon for the next 10 to 20 years and you are invited to participate!
Freese and Nichols, a Texas based engineering firm, has been selected to update the 1998 Canyon Comprehensive Plan. Freese and Nichols will lead the community through a process to develop a common vision for Canyon. Once this vision is developed, action plans will be created that will guide the community toward its' common vision.
The first phase of this process is ready to begin. Freese and Nichols has developed a citizen survey which will enable citizens to provide their thoughts related to the Canyon community. This survey will help to identify the characteristics and values that you, as a citizen, desire to develop or preserve for current and future generations of Canyon residents.
