Littles ages 0-5 and their caregivers are invited to join us for a storytime that encourages a love of reading! There will be singing, dancing, and reading simple stories!
Every Monday from 4:30-6:00 p.m., Canyon Area Library holds Knit Night! Come learn patterns, get help or just enjoy the company of other knitting enthusiasts. All are welcome to attend. Must provide own supplies.? ? Knit and Be Fit / Crochet Along the Way!? Want to take up knitting or crochet but do not want to sit so much? Learn how to walk while you knit and crochet. Join the Canyon Area Library team and get your steps in while you create caps, scarves, and other projects.? Come to Knit Nights at the Canyon Area Library on Mondays 4:30-6:00 (or make an appointment for another time). Learn how to knit and crochet there. Once you learn basic stitches, practice while walking inside the library building. Once you get the hang of it, walk around the Square, or the WT campus, or the Southeast Park pond and report your steps. Watch your name go up on the Leader board in the library. You get a free yarn carry bag when you begin. ? *must provide own supplies*?
